Star Radio interview: Strategy execution

Andrew MacLennan, MD of Strategy Execution Ltd, was recently interviewed by Kiran Kapur for Cambridge Marketing College’s programme on Star Radio in the UK.

Andrew explains what strategy execution is and some of the key challenges related to it, building upon his recent article in Cambridge Marketing Review.

Cambridge Marketing Review article

Strategy Execution Ltd’s Managing Director, Dr Andrew MacLennan, is author of an article published in the latest issue of Cambridge Marketing Review.
In the article, Andrew outlines five key principles that are essential for successful strategy execution, and illustrates these with examples including Ford’s new generation of its best-selling F-150 truck and the extraordinarily profitable low-cost airline Ryanair. The article includes a case study on the ‘Rolls Royce’ of Scotch whisky: The Macallan single malt.
